The Minnesota Phosphorus Source Assessment Tool
The Minnesota
Phosphorus Source Assessment Tool (PSAT) is used to identify the relative
contribution of sources of phosphorus to a lake or stream. It can be used to
educate stakeholders about the sources of P in a watershed, and to identify
further sources of information and analysis needed to understand and solve
